Opposed. If Guests had a actual name, then we wouldn't be able to tell that he/she is a Guest. Plus, the current Guest system encourages Guests to create an account. Once he/she creates an account, then he/she has the right to pick a custom username. ~inest flagrantia qui intelligunt catenae odio~

The boring user and clothes of guests encourages them to get an account. At least, it did for me. I don't see the point of this suggestion. So giving guests random users and clothes is essentially an account imo WNTS
