Bento Island
• Very easy/easy to survive on
X Prone to being raided, random nubs set fire to, eat, or steal stuff if you have items sitting out on the island
• Plentiful in food and water
• Contains Bento Bucks, which drop hide when killed. (that's used for armor)
• Most new players go here, and alot of the people that go here are friendly
Rockma Island
~ Medium difficulty
X No food source, only water
• Excellent for building forts on because of the rock formations and cave setup
• Ideal for 2 or more people, although it is possible to live alone here
• Second best place to be if you're a blacksmith, because this island is rich in iron, and has some coal nodes on top of the mountain.
Berry Island (also called Paradise Island-able to live here without moving)
• Has a secret coal mine [with iron] (brackets ( [/] ) mean verification is needed)
• Easy to live upon, and is great to start a farm on
• Good for defence, thanks to the natural walls around the general place of where people build
Tri-Islands
• Spawn island, supplies one of the most useful resources in the game (flax)
~ Suitable to live on with any number of people, but not recommended because of its small size
Teraphyx Island
X [Hard] to survive on unless you are here with a friend
• Has creatures that, when killed, drop enhanced meat.
• The cove part of the island is good for defence, you could use the Teraphyx as "guard dogs".
Plateau Island
-----I have not written pros/cons of living on this island yet-----
Spire Island
•[Contains all [3] ores of the game; [Iron,] Coal, and Sulphur, meaning if you want to be a gun or blacksmith, this is the best place to be.
X Absolutely no food or water source. The hardest island to live on in the game. Don't try to survive here unless you have a friend or two. Reccommended group size is 2+
~Good for defence, but is hard to build on due to its small size
Always fireproof any flammable materials, some nub will always come into the server and attempt to burn someone's stuff. Be prepared.
Try to find a tribe ASAP, it makes it easier to survive, plus you might make a new friend along the way.
Sometimes it's best to stay neutral(not in a tribe) in some servers, because there may be two large tribes fighting with each other for "domination" in the game. You could become a peaceful farmer that gives food to both sides in exchange for weapons and/or materials/armors/recipes.
And last, but not least.....
Love your enemies; they'll go crazy trying to fiure out what you're up to.

plank: large tree trunk (ONLY ATTAINABLE WITH AXE), put it into the lumbermill
cart: 4 planks plus wooden seat
My thoughts about war:
have lots of gunpowder on hand, go to the enemy's village. set all their huts on fire. while they are busy trying to save their huts, put 1 peice of gunpowder and several small bush stumps down every mill (more gunpowder or less stumps if you need to) then, set the mill on fire. if the mill is fireproof, set the bush stumps on fire. this is epic war that doesn't require the use of hard-to-make weapons. |

although i rarely get some gunpowder, i like to use it >:3
i once burned down a village and while they were busy saving their houses, (about 15 houses no joking) i went "downtown" to the "industrial district" and loaded up the mills and grainaries with gunpowder. KABOOM! |
