Once, a LOOOONG time ago, i made an ad that was an animated GIF, of course, ROBLOX just showed the first frame. i think we should allow animated GIF ads, that way you could make these Comic-style ads without the use of so much space.

frozengaia, There are flash ads by real-world companies on this web-site, Which are unfriendly to the epileptic. Besides, Read video game warnings for once, "before using your Computer, TV, Modem, or any video game system: A very small portion of the population may experience seizures when viewing certain kinds of flashing lights or patterns that are commonly present in our daily environment. These persons may experience seizures while watching some kinds of television pictures or playing certain video games, computer programs, ANSI graphics, web pages, and movies. IMMEDIATELY discontinue use of said device or stop said activity and consult your physician if you experience any of the seizures while playing video games." If You are epileptic, You shouldn't really be playing ROBLOX.

One thing: moderating a GIF ad is hard to do because instead of viewing quickly, you would take time to view a bunch of GIF ads. Also, not very many ROBLOX users use Flash Player systems to animate ads, making this something to unused to ad. In conclusion, good idea, for another site.

Sounds quite useful, but how will the moderators do it? I think I know how. They will probably use software to "dissect" the gif into individual frames, so they don't have to actually watch it. In other words, they see all the frames on one screen.

Sounds like a good idea. Some of the ads that noobs make might be kind of annoying though.

Even with a moderation system like that, there would still be problems. For instance, people could make 90,000 frame ads. If they added a size limit to counter that, then ads with lots of color wouldn't upload. Also, things would look horrible as the GIF format only supports 8-bit color, which means you only have 256 colors.
