Jinx went out to see the country side. He noticed a row of cannons and several men and young boys lined up against a wall. |

I was chosen frist to try my hand at firing a cannon. I carefully poured the powder into the cannon, inserted the wad, and used a long stuck to wedge the cannonball into the mouth of the cannon. I lit the fuse and ran behind the small hill where everyone else was. |

the cannon went off, and the cannonball landed on a rusty old trebuched which had been wheeled out for this purpose. I was congradulated, and the other boys fired their cannons in turn. Most were successful. Fortunately, the unsuccessful ones were only singed. (lol.) |

Shadow walked briskly back to his home. He had decided to start a revolution with the discontent farmers and over throw the King of Miop. He was going to need all his energy for this spell to cast upon the minds of the farmers. |
