I screamed, "Remember! When this is over they will be in the front trench! Get ready for intense fighting to take it back!" I said as a shell hit right above us.

[Randy] "I know Private!" I yelled. The bomb shelter shook as a shell hit right above us, 2 people fell over by the shaking. I held my ground & got ready for this strike to be over, it was gonna get brutal.

Like an intense rain, the bombardment increased for about 2 minutes before dying out. "ALRIGHT LETS GO!" I yelled putting my trench knife on my left hand (Imma lefty) and a Luger on the other.

[Randy] We were starting to win this, screaming and gunshots is all just heard. I fired 3 more rounds, killing 2 and wounding one. I ducked into the trench & reloaded my weapon then jumped back up and started firing again.
