After I make many trades to get around 37,000 robux, It won't let me back inside the bank. And I would like to buy a rare gear that is around 999999 robux. Who is having this problem too? (Note: You can buy as much robux you want for free on the test site)

You can't pay more than 400$ every month. Anyway people would be pissed if they lose their domino crown on the test server.
