There would be a new thing called "Music" in the catalog, then it would have songs that ROBLOX picked with different prices. When your in a game, there would be a little box that said "MUSIC" and when you clicked it, it would show the music that you bought from the catalog. You could also download music that you have from your computer. From the catalog in the music catagory there would be some words beside the search bar that said "Download Music". You would click that then it would say "Do you accept the 150 tix charge?". Then you would click "Yes" or "No". If you clicked "Yes" then you would lose 150 tix from your account. After that, you click the "Browse" button then you go to your "Music" folder and pick the 5 songs you would like to add to your "Music Inventory". Once you have that done, put in your headphones and instead of the walking sound or jumping sound or any of the sound effects you listen to your favourite songs while doing an obstacle course, tycoon, sword fighing on the hieghts,RO-tris or any other game that you love to play. |

cool idea but roblox would need to hire more people to do this job which means ...(sorry for this but...)
More employees = less cash
Less cash = less money for development and other staff
Less development = same old roblox and less staff = more abusive players
Same old roblox = people leaving and more abusive players = people leaving
Meaning the final total would be..... NO ROBLOX :(

Do you mean real artist's music? That would be lawsuits for ROBLOX... They would be infringing on copyrights, unless they strike a deal with every record label. Songs would need to not have swears because, parents may want that... You would have to pay real money so you're not stealing the music. No, just no.... |

I'm also thinking that majority of user-generated music would be really bad, and I don't want that or public domain music on the games I play either...
Imagine listening to "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" while on a game. NO!!! |

No, LEGOPIE312, if so I would suggest ROBLOX making their own music for other people to buy, and no one else would hear the song except for you. When you download a song from your own computer hard drive, if it had swear words ROBLOX would have to check it first. They would need a big script for the website to do that but if they did they could hear the song first before its downloaded to your inventory. If the song is approved then it is downloaded to your ROBLOX inventory and when you click that "Music" button on the side, you would click "Downloaded songs" and when you see the song that you downloaded(Example:All Summer Long by:Kid Rock)you would click it then the song would play and you could not hear the jumping sound effect or the walking one or any weapon or explosing sopund effect ever created for ROBLOX. If you do hear one of those other sound effects while your playing your song then it is a glitch a hopefully it will be fixed and you could listen with no bothersome noises at all. |

All i do is first pull up iTumes and listen to my fav songs and then i play the ROBLOX game...
ROBLOX music sux. I mean the song, "Rick Rolled!?"
WTF!? WHO IN THE WORLD LIKES THAT SONG!? (no offense ROBLOX) I just think we should hav the liberty to get our fav songs in our games...
