opening Roblox Studio with out internet

we'll my family travels alot and i bring my laptop on the road but my mom said i can't have internet everywhere. so i thought of and idea that you can open Roblox Studio with out internet. well my Windows 7 Doesn't do it dont know older models can or mac. but if they can not why cant we open Roblox Studio if theres no internet? is it a requirement or what? and btw you can open a new "game" where you can just test stuff and build mindlessly =D and you can just save it in ur computer later =D

You need internet to keep up with all the updates, and uploaded content from players.

Well that will be techinally impossible. Well i said that because you need to internet! You will need internet in order to be in contact with other people
