Mira finally thought to look down, and she was even more surprised because she had become a mermaid! If people could gasp underwater, she did. Then she saw other mermaids swimming towards her, and almost gasped again. She thought for a moment, then asked if they knew about a woman named Jade. When they all yelled excitedly, she jumped. She thought her mother was dead! |
