The test site's currency exchange is much more fair than the regular site's. If i buy a hat on the test site, will i get it on regular roblo?

No you won't. Remember, everything that youn do on the test site won't affect ANYTHING on regular roblox. The thing about the test site is that the test site is an older version of roblox, so it kind of goes back in time and improves on it (thats what the test site is for) But, as I said; no, you won't.
