Nulin slowly crouched down, and stalked around the corner. The Gorge paused whatever it was doing, then turned and began to bolt down the hallway. Nulin charged after it, leaping onto it with a furious yet human roar. |

The fighter sparked. |

A thump echoed throughout a deserted corridor in the Python, the result of the fighter hitting the ship. Alek continued to the bridge. |

Bits of the fighter fell off. They floated off the hull.
Something stirred within the hull. |

(Wait forget about my last post....)
The fighters banked hard right, heading straight towards a large forest. Incendiary bombs pulling out of an automated armory on their interior. Coming to the surface of the fighter, dangling menacingly. Waiting to burn down the forest.
"Commencing test on type BXC-781 Incendiary explosives." Reported the observer, Face mask on. Giving the go ahead to the pilot to commence testing.
The bomb fell from the fighter. Rotating slowly, digging into the ground. A moment fo silence. Suspense building, Pilots fearing that this... weapon wont work. The Observer's pen clicked, about to fail the experiment, when. The bomb detonates, fires rising into the sky. Flames licking the Underbelly of the flight leader's craft. Attempting to avoid doom the fighter took evasive action, veering off course, losing altitude. |

The Invincible had taken about a minute to pull up beside the ship. On the side, buried amongst the many vulgar screens was a plate reading 'USS.Promethius'. "This is the TDS.Invincible to USS.Promethius, please state intent of fighter launch, over." |

Over the radio there was only silence. |

Alek arrived at the bridge, still unaware of the fighter. "It seems something's hit our starboard, captain." the Helmsman declared.
"It's probably an asteroid, ignore it." Alek replied, sitting down in the captain's chair. |

"They aren't responding. What do you want to do, captain?" and Kenneth thought a minute. "I'll try it one more time. They don't respond, launch the Vaselier." He picked up the transciever again. "Repeat, this is the Invincible, state intent for fighter launch." |

Something walked in the fighter. The sound of the walking echoed inside the Python. |

Alek turned around, expecting someone to be walking towards him. No one. What was that noise? |

Something in the fighter made a groaning sound.
The hull of the Python would start to be peirced by a strange being. |

Something strange would begin peircing the hull of the Python.. |

(Is the Vaselier a boarding craft?)
This time the ship responded. "H-help us." The man stuttered. Gunshots heard in the background. "It's here! Get ou-" There was a blood curdling scream, that of something inhuman. Then Static. |

The Python went ahead with takeoff procedures, the strange being still drilling into the hull undisturbed. |

Nulin tackled the creature, punching and clawing wildly at it's 'face' with his one free hand. |

The fighter slammed into the ground, looking like a meteorite. It had "Landed" in a clearing, just outside the blazing inferno that had once been a forest. The pilot, John Mcfear, climbed out. Pulling his helmet off he began to move. Figuring if he were found it'd be best if they couldn't identify him with the fighter that had burned down the entire forest.
(Can I say that there's a town nearby? Because I really want to...) |

The ship was silent, the comm stations onboard broken. Crew trapped in this tomb known as a Starship. |
