...to Evelio95. I know that he's being a good guy with his own clan now, and he's become a great leader, but I have to bring up his example in this situation. Goosebumps has become the "new" Evelio95. To give all of you some background, Evelio became one of the most-liked RAT officers, but he broke multiple rules and was exiled. Goosebumps is repeatedly shouting about things that many people, including donkey, would prefer him not to. He has faked "popularity contests" to try and get the masses on his side using mob psychology. Now he is starting to abuse group shouts, overshouting other generals and even officers within minutes and without permission. In the most recent case, donkey told him not to shout about something, and Goose immediately overshouted donkey with the exact same shout, and a few words stating he didn't understand why not to. Who agrees with this?
