Don't cite the rules. There are very few times in which citing the rules is not spam. If you think a post is against the rules, posting in it is bumping it, and contributing to that, and therefore is spam. Besides, this forum is all about logical reposes. The rules do not provide logic for why they exist, so if you really want to cite the rules, you have to back it up,
