Once a year, places start raining tickets. If you manage to catch one, it will choose a random amount of tickets you get 1-3.
It can be triggered when Octoberfest comes =3

i'd agree with you guys cause u can get robux evry day if ur a (O/T)BC member, yet u need 2 re-log in many times to get tix
