Why nicaragüeña and nicaragüense??????? why there is ü? How it affect in speaking and what it causes? Is there another spanish words with ü?

When you add the "ü" it makes a sound like "w" It would be the same as "Nicarawa" or "Nicarawense", but instead of that, we use the "ü".

Well.. I learned it in school but I don't use it frequently because I don't use words that needs it, like: Güarache (Sandal) Güayaba (Guava) Antigüedad (Seniority)
