I came to a stop in the center of a forest. I looked around warily, and saw a camp off in the distance. Weird. A camp here in the middle of nowhere. Oh, well, at least I's get shelter. I started heading towards it. |

I walked towards the camp until a heard a sound behind me. I turned around very slowly and saw a... what was it called... a dracaenae! I was sure of it, I had read about them before. I knew that these things could be fierce, so I took no chances. I turned and ran. |

The dracaenae hissed at me. I kept running. It caught up to me and lashed out with its sword. the sword caught me in the leg, and I collapesed. |

I decided to take a risk and try to kill that thing myself. I transformed GodBane from a Bracelet to a scythe. I readied my self and leaped at it. As I brought my scythe down on it I noticed one crucial thing : my aim was off by about an inch. Here's my advice for all you aspiring monster hunters out their: kill your prey in one blow. Because if you don't and you just wound it, it will be seriously ticked off.The serpent lunged at me, which I just barely dodged. You know what? For such hulking things Basilisc's are quick little suckers. I thought "To heck with caution, I'm moving In for the kill.".
so I brought my sword down on its neck and this time my aim was right on. A grin spread across my face as the Basilisc turned to dust. "Well that was fun." I said sarcasstcally to my self. I'm looking forward to a nice and quiet day tomorrow. |

As I walked back to the building I saw to figure's in he distance. I thought "What the hey, I just fought a Basilisc this can't be much more difficult." As I approached I saw two kids from school Jason and Charlotte over there.Charlotte was on the ground with Jason standing over her. I yelled over to Jason "Hey whats with her?" |

Part of being a child of Hades is : I don't fear much of anything. So when I saw a herd of dracaenae's charging me I didn't freak out or anything. I just decided "What the heck." Then I rushed in to the crowd of monsters wildly flailing GodBane in every direction. I killed three of those things in one stroke one swing. |

The two dracaenae were totally attacking me. one of them gave me a cut that was so bad i actually passed out. |

When I saw Charlotte fall I turned and gutted her attackers. Now with the remaining monsters closing in on us in a circle I decided "Hey this could be fun.". I turned and spinned in circle with GodBane outstretched. Man it was like a farmer harvesting grain! Soon there was just a huge cloud of dust. I turned to Charlote picked her up and took her to the infirmarmary. I whispered "Come on girly,lets go." |
