Transparent Decals

I hate it when you try to make something transparent, or translucent, and you can still see the decal. You don't want to remove the decal/texture, but you have no choice. You can't be a stealth guy, or you'll have to remove the face, etc. Make a transparency option on decals that is similar to the transparency option for bricks.

its simeple to make a transparent decal if you have paint.net then you just chose the window befor you do enything and klick the sisors(cut)

I support. DYNAMIC transparency is non existant, this would be useful for scripts.
