I verify my E-Mail so i can get a free hat but when ever i do it just goes to my home page and i still have my same hats... whats the problem?

You have to go to your email and verify it from the message it sends to you

Well it's just so that you can contact roblox if someone has locked you out of your account (You gave them your password and then they changed your accounts password) and get your account back.
