I agree, the hat doesnt have to be anything special either...The only problem is the fact that noobs could enter anything in and get a hat...Even though the hat wouldnt be any good anyways...

Thats a good idea but maybe it would be better if you have to update you place and actualy ~BUILD~ in it. So if you really try you can get somthing.
