On earth in the year 1700 nations are constantly at war.If you make a alliance with one nation.You break an alliance with another.If that nation had a military pact with ANOTHER nation,well.you get the idea.You are a brand new empire(or old one.)ready to conquer 17teenth century europe.Make alliances and break them till you have risen to the top!
