A freighter arrived, to the annoyance of the captain of the Variation, the leading Desolate. "Dammit, get the equipment on board quick and get the heck outta here!" he said over the radio. The next few minutes would be a frenzy of moving the cargo bays' contents into the Freighter safely with maglines before some warship arrived.

"Very well. Rest assured that your legacy will live on. This planet shall be considered a relic to us all, and any race who sets foot on it to desicrate your memory shall be exterminated." Kvall said. He gave his word, and a Skralorian who breaks his word is useually dead the next day. Meanwhile on the damaged ship, the soldier had arrived at the engineering section(kinda like a secondary bridge), he then released toxic gas into the bridge and activated the ships self destruct. "1 minute until self destruct." the computer said to the entire ship.

Gas began pouring into the Bridge. "What?" one of the engineers said. "All of you, close your mouths, air sacs only!" and they all followed suit. Suddenly, a countdown appeared on one of the screens. They looked at each other. This was bad. Two of the engineers went off to find a console to shut off the self destruct from, andanother three began shoving closed the gas vents. They all however took out their oxygenerators, small mouth devices that generated oxygen from waste gasses. The leader and another engineer went to find a console that could pour gas into wherever that pesky crew member was.

Although the Tali were now partially extinct, Many escaped near the end of the Tali Civil War to work as mercenaries. The ITA also lived on.

(The ITA still probably couldn't go back.)

(btw, the self destruct only responds to Skralorians, by scanning the DNA, so you'll have to either abandon the ship or knock out/kill the Skralorian to de-activate the self destruct) Kvall left the planet, but his ship and the others remained in orbit until other ships could arrive to guard the planet.

The Mevarr, not to be tricked out of everything, set up an asteroid mining base in the system, posing as newcomers who knew nothing about the planet or the Tali.

(Skralonians have teleporters...) He had hit the jackpot. No, there was no way of shutting off the self destruct from here, but this was just brilliant. Not for whoever used it, according to Dralen science, but the youngest of the group volounteered to go. He would die anyway if he didn't. The pilot gave the engineer his HPP. And transported the Dralen straight to the secondary bridge. The Dralen matierialized, raised the weapon, saw the Skralonian, and shot him in the back of the head. Just like they had done to him. Just in case, he fired again, and again, and again until the HPP bleeped to signal it was out of energy. He checked the Skralonian's pulse. Nothing. He looked at the console. 'Denied' it read. He picked up the man's hand, and ran it over the console. It unlocked, and he shut off the self destruct.

The Valley of Dthkes arrived, and detected no Skralorian life-signs from the ship. "Open fire!" The captain ordered. But the ship didnt open fire upon the enemy ships, instead it fired on the other Skralorian ship with everything they had. Since the other ship had no sheilds, it would be destroyed instantly.

The team coughed. The self destruct sequence had been terminated, and the gas stopped. The leader brought the engineer back, and they began working on bring the weapons systems online. Hey, maybe this would be better than fixing the Valyrie. An entire ship, with internal defence systems, advanced weaponry and fast propulsion. Of course, they needed to get the slo-speed engines running too. But that was for after they had beaten the backup. This was optimistic, but that was no bother. The cloaks and the spare engines were inside the Freighter. The c-core was in the process of being loaded.

The team had just enough time to teleport them and two of the weapons onto the Variation before the ship was destroyed. Both Desolates commenced fire, also with everything they had, taking down the shields, also instantly. The first HPC blast was targeted at the engines, so it couldn't get away or turn to fire in its blind spot.

The Freighter brought in the c-core, set its engines to full speed, and engaged Swift Drive. It had a head start from the ship, which couldn't follow due to its simple lack of slo-speed engines. The HPCs were recharging, but the Fission Shells were being aimed at the ship's turrets.

The captain began to input a code into his com panel: 36-823-67544-Alpha, and c-core(which I assume means computer core)of the other ship began to overload. "Fire everything we have left at that ship, prepare to engage self-destruct!" The captain said.

(Faction means what faction or empire they belong to, or lead as the case may be. And who are the Chozo?) The scout came across Dilros, and after conducting brief scans, it flew towards the asteroid field the Mevarr were mining. The UF had lost contact with the USS Bushido, a Liason class starship sent on an exploration mission. Last contact had been made as the ship entered an area of space known as the Ashlands. That was over three weeks ago, and the UF was considering sending a military fleet to retrieve the USS Bushido.
