I close my eyes as he describes the ocean. "I just really miss my home. The constant smell of lasagna. The way the fireplace felt on a cold winter night. The way my dog would bound into the room when I walked through the door. Hes probably dead by now.." I said, turning my head away. "The worse part is, is that I know Im never going back home..The longer I stay here, the worse my condition.." |
