My eyes widened a little at the thought of leaving my cell. Something I hadn't ever done. I had become terrified of the world outside the bars somewhere along the way "No thank you.." I said sweetly. |

Verran: I stared at the both of them. First of all, how could a turtle do THAT? Second, since when did crazy people become UN-crazy. And third, why is Carly nice all of a sudden? Guess it has something to do with having another girl next to our cell. "I'll take some!" I say raising my hand. |

"Okay!" I said, smiling wide. "Hold on a second, the keys are in a bit of an uncomfortable spot," I replied, turned away, then turned back, holding the keys. I unlocked his cage, then turned away again. When I turned back, the keys were once more gone. "There you go, a pitcher full of tea!" |

I heard footsteps, then dove into my cage, slamming the door. I folded my arms angrily. "They say not to cry over spilled milk, but I can still be cross over spilled tea," I said like a little girl. Part of my mind was trapped in a child-like stage, but I could act normally if I tried. |

I felt my heart jump. Noone ever entered my cell, Noone ever gave me human contact. Other than with my hair or to beat me. I blinked awkwardly. |
