They never did any death threat. They only sued Napster. Becuase downloading gets the band no money.
No money = No CD's + No concerts
No CD's + No concerts = Bye bye Metallica
So if you ask me, they fully had the right to sue them. |

It's pirating to sell Metallica songs when they get no profit, cus as linz said, there would be no Metallica. So they sued. You aren't very smart if you think they made death threats, do you? That's profiling! |
