Weapons:Rotor Blades are Used in Robot Mode like Blackout, ability to jump High due to Springs in his feet(Hence the Name), and Shockwave Emitter.
Bio:One of Shockwave's more Successful expirements, Springer is a Triple Changer, but originally, he was a normal Transformer. He was captured in the War and Shockwave expiremented on him and tortured him for information until the war ended. He was released incredibly damaged and a broken robot. He went insane, but over time, he was cured. He landed on Earth after being shot down in Protoform mode in the Spark. He was Deactivated but eventually found in Ice by Optimus and his team. He declared he wouldn't rest till Shockwave was destroyed.
