Many things wrong with that, ok not that many but still. It's to powerful, you could use it to cheat in like any game it' aloud in. What would it be specfied as? Power up maybe? And more. Truly, it s a good idea though.

Either Power Up, or Navigational Enhancer. Also, why not provide specifics on the Jetpack? Such as, how will it work? Is it a jetpack for flying, or jumping higher? If flying.... Does the user control the jetpack with GUI buttons, or Keypad? Will there be fuel? If jumping... Would that not be the gravity coil? Will there be fuel?
