(For those of you who don't know, go read the news!)
Will it be able to spread? If not I think that would be a cool feature.

With a bit of scripting, probably. |

No, just a particle, you can spread it yourself after it's released. |

Looks awesome :3
If it dosn't spread I would imagine it would be scriptable though :O |

If it does spread, I want it to be an option. I don't want a grill's fire to spread on and burn the whole grill. That's not how it works. |

No; Telamon said it won't. |

@ugg
A propert of "Particlespread" or something, then. |
|

i have questions about it though.
1. Will there be bricks that can not get on fire?
2. Can we get on fire?
3. Can we get on fire and spread it?
4. Is it possible for blue fire?
5. Will the fire stay there forever?
6. Will the stuff that got burned turn black?
thats about all the questions I can think about it. |

@chaos
Fire is a particle. Any in game effects "IE: FireSpread, FireDamage" is up to the users to add. The video also shows multi colored fires, so we can customize fire colors. And about the "turn black" thing, again, it's up to the users to add. Fire is a particle so it won't do anything other than be there. |

Yah, I think they should only be able to spread to wooden blocks tho... |

@Chaos
The fire is just basically like the smoke. It'll probably have similar properties of smoke. However, spreading, turn black... and so on are for you to script. |
