A new type of apocolips!
After a government experiment goes haywire, the town of Forks, Washington (Eh, why not?) is exposed to a deadly radiation. A third of the town is killed and the rest quarenteened, but some have excaped. This small amount has a thirst for blood and will not be stopped by anything. When bitten, parts of the neurtoxin are put into the bloodstream, thus causing them to become like the attacker. Zombies? No. Vampires. And were not talking the wimpy, shiny ones from that stupid novel; These guys are killing machines. When bitten, if you have the blood to stay away from starvation, you can stay sain for about 3 weeks. The infection has spread throughout the country, and there are less then 5000 "True" humans.

I saw a woman stumble into my view, the entire front of her shirt was covered in blood, which she was sucking at like a honey-dipped ice cream cone. I lined up the sights with her head and....Twap! The bolt was sticking out her eye. She let out a screech and fell flat in the snow. |
