Always lose connection

Whenever I play a game no matter which one I always lose connectiona t some point. Can someone explain to why this happens all the time or tell me how to fix this?!?!?!

It's your Internet connection. A problem I face Is In the house I'm In now, there's like 7 phones so they take up the bandwith since this compuer Is old. Don't kick your modem...
