Say someone wants a shirt or pair of pants, whether they Have BC or not doesn't matter, they put the request in the section, saying what they want made, and an amount of Tix/ R$ for a reward. You don't have to have BC to make the request, you upload the template to that request, and then it's turned into that item of clothing. Also, multiple people can make items for the person, but whoevers clothing item is the best (the user who made the request picks, obviously) the user who made that item gets the reward.
