I then engage to hold the oncoming ledges as I hold on to one with both hands. Suddenly, the ledge crumbles in half, leaving me one handed, holding a ledge 4 storeys off the ground. "Great, Just Pleasant..." I say outloud as Guard crowd bellow me. |

Bio: In terms of renown, the man is something of a celebrity. He has been around for a long time and has dispatched countless foes many of which were equally famed but for far more sinister reasons. Few men are a match for him with a sword, even fewer with two. After his life of traveling and fighting he has finally decided to retire, and maybe take on a few pupils. In truth, this is the 5th time he has tried to retire, circumstances always force him out of retirement and back onto the battlefield.
Armor: (Hang in there, this is long) mix of platemail and chainmail: he has solid plates over his torso, shoulders, upper arm, upper leg, and parts of his feet. Everything else is covered in chainmail that while extremely light and flexible is extremely strong. All in all his armor provides a maximum of protection for a minimum of restriction.
He spent years getting armor like this, it was custom forged by a master smith who's services are extremely sought after but almost never gained. He appears to prefer not to speak of how hard he had to fight to get the smith's services.
Fun story about his swords, they're actually powerfully enchanted, he just can't figure out how to use the enchantment. However due to the magic the swords have developed a degree of intelligence and do their best to spite anyone aside from him who attempts to wield them. |
