No, you won't get banned. Noob is a slang for newbie, which is someone who is new to something. Nub is someone who is annoying. If someone reports you for saying any of those words, you won't get banned.

"Nub is someone who is annoying." -- Dandelion212 This part isn't correct. If someone says noob it can mean 2 things: 1. Someone that is new. 2. Someone who is annoying. What the player(that said it) means depends on the situation.(If someone is annoying, it's obvious he/she ment #2.) Some people say "nub" instead of "Noob", there are many other versions of the word "Noob"(Newb , Nub, ETC). These words have the same meanings(See above) -"FR33 STUFF PL0X", "Guys, FREE KO'S!!"-

People say noob all the time because they think it will make them cool. And my friend, who isn't a nub, noob, newb, was called a noob just because she had a default face. I called it ROBLOX discrimination. xD But there are "heartless" people out there in ROBLOXia.

My opinion, Which nobody cares about, is this; A newbie is somebody new to something, they are probably being treated like a programing error, because people are mean to newbies because they can be. A noob is someone who doesn't have to be new or old, that doesn't matter, they are the bad people who want to upset people, do anything for their own good and do everything to annoy people they don't know or don't like, and desperatly ask for free benefits, and call others noobs because they see the word as an insult. 'God bless America!'

Wiki article: Newbie is a slang term for a novice or newcomer, or somebody inexperienced in any profession or activity. Contemporary use can particularly refer to a beginner or new user of computers, often concerning Internet activity, such as online gaming.[1] It can have derogatory connotations, but is also often used for descriptive purposes only, without a value judgment. The term's origin is uncertain. Earliest uses probably date to late twentieth century U.S. military jargon, though possible precursor terms are much earlier. Variant forms of the noun include newby and newbee, while the related term noob (often spelt n00b) is often used in online gaming.

Noob is not a bad word. It is not even a word, infact. It is not in the dictionary. It was just made up. The correct term would be newb, or newbie. Which means a new person. Even though noob is not really a word, the meaning of it pretty much means someone who is mean, or annoying.
