me and 3 other ppl where in a game for 7 minutes and bam it freezez and we all lose connection i come back right after so it wasnt my connection. it was very annoying |

Hey, you guys gotta know that ROBLOX has been lazy at times.
For instance, instead of making their own physics engine, they used a Physics engine made by Microsoft.
And for user-created scripts, they didn't write their own language (I can understand this, writing your own programming language is very very hard.), but instead just spliced their own library into lua. |

It gets very irritating for me as well. I doubt roblox is going to wait till fall. Then no one will be playing and they won't have enough money for new servers. |

I have high speed internet. I can run Atmosphіr on its highest settings + watch youtube videos + record my gameplay on Atmosphіr with Hypercam with absolutely no lag. Yet, when I go onto a game of Roblox for more than 10 minutes, it's a complete lagfest. Even when I have nothing else open. It's ridiculous. |

Mabye you should change your physics render and recieve rate. |

Everyone, there is a difference between lag in the server and lag in the computer. No matter what computer you have or what you do with it, it won't change server lag. If you are the ONLY one lagging in a game, then that means it's your computers lag. I lag in games after about 10 minutes along with everyone else, so it must be the server. There is a server problem, and no matter what you do with YOUR computer it won't change it. It is the staff's job. |

i notice that 2! every one starts loosing connection and you haft to leave then come back, and suffer more lag! ROBLOX is experiencing alot of difficulties, games that are small, shouldnt even be lagging! |

It automatically lags for me now and I AM USING A NEW COMPUTER!!! Sheesh but building seemed fine for me just a little sticking here and there |

This update seems as though it was made in a attempt to change the way the ping system works.
Remember how before when 1 person was a lagger, everyone lagged along with them? Now, with this new update, only the person who is lagging skips spaces, etc. Its just that something went wrong and caused this new lag. |

I agree i have noticed that same thing and for some places that use admin jet packs get it sooner because people use the smoke and stuff |

This is what happens to me: Paint bucket lags and finally does its job in about 30 seconds, and like somone said earlier in the fourm, players freeze for about 30-45 seconds and then they appear in their new locations. Its getting REALLY annoying. |

The update in a few minutes will cure it I BELIEVE. Also, no matter what computer you have, it won't "cure" it, it is the server, not your computer connection. You don't lag, the server does. |

Want to know how the lag is getting for me?
Well, I am right now in ROBLOXian High School (Lava3321) and I am getting a Frame every 2 minutes now. I've been in the server for around an hour, and everybody seems frozen except for me. The next frame, which is 2 minutes later, everybody has moved.
Want to know the worst part?
Chat is lagging. I'm talking to myself. Every 2 minutes I get a refresh of the chatbox and I can see what the latest people said, but it's only 1 frame. After that I have to wait 2 more minutes for another frame. I'm not sure if anybody else can hear me, or see me.
First, I was in the middle of chatting and then the server went silent, or so I thought. 5 seconds later they started talking again. Just small lag, I guessed. Then a minute passes and I lag for about 10 seconds. Then 30 seconds pass and everybody is frozen and the server is silent for around 2-3 minutes. Now I am at the point of (while typing this) Getting a frame every 5 minutes. This is not helping me at all.
I BLAME IHG!!
(I only have TWO hats on.. not 30)

Yes, IHG is doing a fair amount of this lag, that's probably why most IHG'ers are getting banned.
It's been four days now, still hasn't been fixed, c'mon ROBLOX. |

I think ROBLOX may be partly done fixing this, I just played a game for over a hour without getting the effects. |

The likeley reason is that ROBLOX removed source and which then screwed up servers badly. |

It Is rather annoying to have to leave the server, find it and rejoin to be able to play without lag. I freeze after 20 minutes in game.
