(MacKenzie Falls, Chad confides in an upset Sonny that all his major decisions are made by fortune cookies. He suggests that a shopping trip with his co-star on Mackenzie Falls, Penelope, would cheer Sonny up. Sonny and Penelope, later joined by a jealous Tawni, finish their shopping only to have Sonny accused of shoplifting a necklace and the following day, stealing the concept of Sicky Vicky from a real person, Vicky Sickowitz. After Grady bought an app that detects metal, he finds a gold coin. Sonny, Grady, Nico and Tawni hide in a dumpster where Ryan tries to find somthing to blame something on Sonny. While Nico and Grady lose their gold coin and find it in Sonny's pocket. A lot of paparazzi are outside in front of Sonny's apartment. Chad then goes to Sonny apartment dressed up as a chinese delivery guy. Ryan and the rest of the parazzi find out Chad's secret and thinks Sonny told them. Chad and Sonny have an argument and he leaves, after Tawni comes over to Sonny's apartment. To get past the paparazzi Sonny disguses as Tawni. With Sonny gone, in rehersal, Penelope is in the middle of the scene and Chad does not answer as he is looking through pictures of Sonny on his iphone, saying 'this is m'lady eating a short stack' and bursts out in tears saying he never should of let her go. Sonny and Tawni drive to Wisconsin where she explains to everyone she's not a thief. While driving across the country, Chad, Nico, Grady and Zora fly to Wisconson to tell Sonny they are sorry but while on the plane, Penelope (Chads cost star in MacKenzie Falls) admitts it was her who framed Sonny and called Ryan to report the news. She also admitted that she was in love with Chad and had 2 parachutes for her and Chad to jump out and leave the So Random! cast on the plane with no driver. She gave him an ultimation, either to go with her and save themselves to live a happy life together, or to stay on the plane and choose the So Random! cast and Sonny. Chad chose Sonny over her so she took the parashoot and the other one off the plane while she jumped so the rest could not get off the plane. Luckily Grady had a spare parachute as his mum told him never to get on a plane without one. They all climed on one and jumped out the plane, only for it too break and land right next to Tawnis car which was pulled over by the police for speeding. They told Sonny they were sorry and Chad was reunited with her, saying 'I missed you short stack' and told her everything about Penelope. When they all arrive at the highschool, they find out that Vicky Sickowitz is really Penelope in a disguise and Sonny fires the cheese cannon, for it to only hit Ryan who was reporting the news about Sonny's innocence.)
