Veritas tilted his head, sending a small pulse to Zero, which held a big, obvious question: Which would she do? He would do as she did, as he always had done. |

Veritas gave a nod, understanding. His only friend was Zero, and so he would protect Zero with everything he had. This included his life, if necessary. |

"Yeah, you and your freaky friend shoud both leave." A voice says from behind. Zero turns. It's the same guy from the messhall.
"None of this ever would've happened if it wasn't for you, I say." he continues. "I think you guys are the traitors. If I had it my way, you guys would be dead."
Zero's hands ball into fists.
