Game playing problem

I can only go on Roblox games when I'm using Roblox Studio. When I use regular Roblox to go on Roblox games, it'll say that "An error occured while starting Roblox" and when I look at the details why, this comes up- "rawApp.CreateInstance failed repeatedly: Access to %1 has been restricted by your Administrator by policy rule %2" I reinstalled Roblox, but this problem still came up when I tried playing a Roblox game on regular Roblox. What should I do?

Wrong! I have the same problem and I am the Administrator of this laptop running Windows Vista. It is actually a family laptop with only one user name called "family". For some reason this program ROBLOX requieres a right click and selecting "Run as Administrator" to be able to make it work, otherwise it will give me an "error" message and it won't start. Does anybody have any idea why?
