There once were five protectors of this world. Each had one thing to protect, that would keep the balance of the world. Nature: It would keep the balance of all things living. Water: It would keep the balance of all things aquatic. Fire: It would keep the balance of the magma that makes up the land. Ghost: It would keep the balance of the spirit world. And Darkness: It would keep the balance of the living's sins on this world. All of these things kept another in check.
Fire and Water keep the the Lands and Seas balanced.
Nature and Ghost keep the living from the dead.
Darkness ties into all of these things.
One day, The Protector of Darkness became greedy with it's powers. It broke off from the others, and wreaked havoc throughout the land. Without Darkness to keep the balance of sins, Fire and Water fought for dominance over one another, Causing new lands and seas to sprout up everywhere. The spirit world would take the living, Nature would take the dead, and bring them back. The world was in complete chaos. When it seemed the world would fade into non-existance, A new hero showed itself. Light, the purest of beings, brought darkness under control, and the world was calm once more.
This story has been brought down so many times, it is nearly forgotten.
The world in the present is calm, peaceful even. The protectors are old, and nearly forgotten, just as in the story, they keep the balance to this day. But a new Darkness is slowly rising... They will find Four NEW protectors, and bestow upon them their powers. But a test must be completed in order to acheive greatness. They bestow upon these chosen, an Egg. Once of the most fragile of things, that they will protect with their lives... Once the eggs hatch, the powers are theirs to control. If the egg will shatter too early, then a new chosen will be found. These are the chosen's stories...
Rules:
As usual, follow the ROBLOX rules.
No Ultimate powers. That means nothing like "So-and-so punched n00b in the jaw, n00b died on contact."
The chosen are NORMAL humans, They have NO powers.
The chosen may pick up a fallen enemy's weapon, but NOTHING two handed, as you still have to carry the Egg bestowed upon you.
The only times you may keep the Egg stored, is if it's in a backpack on your back at all times.
Post -All Read- after your post if you read the whole story and rule set, so you can be accepted into this RP.
There WILL be other people who can help, or stop you from proceeding with your quest. Real or otherwise.

(Actually, the story basicly ends when the eggs hatch, I just wanted to tell the story up UNTIL then. And The chosen don't get powers. They're basicly getting escorted through their adventure, untill the eggs hatch. Sounds boring, but can be made into a very nice story with some good RPing.) |
