It's not that BC isn't cheap. its that people fail to see the value of money. Chances are that anyone ages 4-15 has never even really had a savings account or worked to make money. You can go ahead and tell them what it buys by comparison but explaining the value of a dollar would be far more effective. (that's usually the parents responsibility)
