I hate to be negative, but I think an idea like this should be done by the ROBLOX users and not the adminstrators. It would be a lot of wqork for them to update something that might not be used that often. I think they could get news out in a more efficent manner. Perhaps a message that gets sent out to every roblox player to an account named ROBLOXnewsfeed would be a much better way as everyone would have access to it.

If it was a message, it wouldn't have articles or comics or anything. Also, that's why my approach was for it to be updated every week or two, so it isn't a updating bother.
