I think he was trying to say "I love japan". It was a epik phail but I'm surprised you didn't know what he was trying to say.

I think he used the wrong base. He also said 'japanese' instead of 'japan'.
Correct way would be: Watashi wa nihon aiZhiteru. -replace Z with s (filter)

Also, rather then using a 'z', you can use an upside exclamation mark '¡'.
