He does, but as of right now, he hasn't yet, therefore whatever successor he would have chosen wouldn't get a vote in this. Since this wasn't actually in effect before ratification, the rules didn't apply until after it was ratified. The replacement wouldn't have had a vote in this unless chosen before the last admiral that was still here ratified it. |

How did we forget Leader DrewsomeB still had to sign? Now that we have ALL of the signatures, can I go and take the corrected Constitution along with the signatures, and post them on a permanent, non-postable forum? It is my job to do this sort of thing, I think. I could also make a model That looks sort of like the Declaration of Independence with the words of this Constitution on it. |

Ummmm... Was classiclover demoted? On the cinstitution page he signed as an Admiral, but here it shows him as captain. |

Thank you drew for signing, finally, we can get some work done around here. However, Jacob, i would appreciate it if you would put this on a model, that would look very cool, and we could put it in the Capitol building. |

I just did that to see if you liked the format. If oyu like that format then we can keep it, if you want somehting changed, I'll do that, and if you'd rather use the one you are doing, then I'll make that one the model.
Do you want this to be on something like a long piece of parchment, or a little book with the pages sort of divided up, or would you like it to be on a computer with a gui that you can navigate the pages by (I'd make it scroll, but I kinda' stink at guis...) |

Surprise me with the in game one. I think I should post the ratified version, because people are more likely to read it and tuts that it's true if the second in command posts it rather than a cadet.

Article IV
Resignation from the Elite Wing
Any member who retires, resigns, or is dishonorably removed from the Elite Wing, is to relinquish their Rank and Uniform at the time of departure from the Elite Wing. If said member wishes to return to the Elite Wing after leaving, they must recommence going through the ranks. If they were above the rank of Ensign upon leaving the Elite Wing, than they have permission to bypass Training and resume duties as an Ensign.
That's the best part of it. Letting people back in as Captains and Admirals just isn't a good system. |
