The chat bar should be availible in a game and outside of a game but jus make it so it doesnt take up aot of space in the game or create lag and make it minamizeable. |

no i mean that going outside of the game and chatting to your friends takes forever while you are probobly being killed in the game and i want to know if my friends are chatting to me in the game |
