People are going to criticize your place to help make it better! But I do agree that criticism does not have to be really rude. But there's absolutely no way to prevent rude criticism or even pointless insults. You'll have to get used to it, sorry.

People, we get it, sometimes people make bad suggestions, or just do something that is against our opinions, and we have to right to criticize, but I will never fail to see an insult added. Like, say I said "Get rid of BC only games" And someone replies "Um...no, BC pays for the website, and it's the people who help out's treat, retard" See? The retard? Was that really nessicary?
