If you mean that you don't know how to become a Builder's Club member, then you click on the link at the top of the page that says "Builders Club", then follow the instructions.

Do you see where all the links are at the top? With "My ROBLOX", "Games", "Catalog", etc. Click on the one that says "Builders Club"
