3 bricks missing from my game

I'm missing 3 bricks from my game, and everytime I go onto Edit, they're there. But If I go to Play the game, they aren't. These 3 bricks are very important to the game, someone please tell me what's going on.

They might be missing to you but not others, is your vidio card any good?
