its normal it just means your in a server with no players.i find a room that isnt full with atleast 6 players in it.it works 90% of the time. |

one day i was playing then my modem crashed so i had to get a new one. ever since when i try to go into roblox it says Connecting To Server... Failed to connect to server (ID=15) its really retarded! i changed from a 2wire to a telus modem. |

wait that might not work but since my dad reset my pc to its defults i installed rolbox and it worked fine just only a few times it came up id=15 but it works fine
i should ask a perant or carer to reset your computer to its defults but if its you mums or dads pc uninstall roblox and re install it |

It is ID=15 not 14 thats what its says when the game has a poor connection at the momment. |

guys, this has nothing to do with your computer connections or you, it means the server DOESNT EXIST, or so your computer says >_> it just happens when a server quits on everyone and when you try to go back in...the server just isnt there! so if you cant play a game cuz there is only one server(supposedly) that you cant connect to, then wait about 5-15 minutes and try the game when the server is COMPLETELY gone! i hope this helped you guys, but if it just keeps happening over and over and over with every game, remove roblox from your computer by going to start>control panel> add/remove programs> find roblox, then clikc on the remove button 3 times really fast or until it un installs, it takes about 5 seconds to uninstall, go back to roblox, click on a game and try to play it, install roblox again, and presto, roblox hopefully works again!! |

I got the same, BUT! All the servers, even empty server like mine, no brick maps and filled with bricks, but it always says ID=15 |

Well I Don't really know ut ID=15 is what I see but maybe if you live somewhere else it would say ID=14 or maybe Id=14 is horrible connection and ID=15 is just the conection was lost.... I really dot know but that was some info that could be true |

Okay guys... the simple answer is this based off of my observations:
ID 15 obviously means you DID NOT CONNECT to the SERVER. This could be because of many things:
Problems you can solve:
+Your internet might have went down
+Something might be wrong with your internet setup
+Your might router need to be reset
+You may need to clear your internet browsers catche.
+Your firewall may be too strong
Problems you cannot solve:
+The server might have shut down.
If you try and join a server with 0 people in it, (Not saying there's NO servers, I'm talking about one that is actually displayed on the list with 0 people) then the server will most likely be shut down already due do haveing no players.

The message it displays for that is "The Game Has Shut Down" or something like that, not the id=15 message.

yes that heppens to me it useaally happens when you been on a game and you loose connection in that case get bt toatal broadband that way u never loose connection |
