I had that same problem. What I did was instead of playing a game directly off of ROBLOX.com, I opened ROBLOX studio and now I can play games! |

It happens sometimes too me when i lose connection and go back in to it you have to wait a little while or play a new game for a couple of minutes and then it will work again. |

this is stupid! ive tried everything from friewall to reinstalling and everything else u guys said to do NOTHING! also builderman wont help roblox doesnt care they only care about the money they will NEVER reply!roblox needs a better staff |

I have the same problem.Icome back a few mins. later it okay.I always see (ID=15) after the message.MY eyes were checked earlier and above average eyesight and I read VERY well. |

It s cuz firewall u maybe have an firewall that isnt with microsoft

This even happens to me. Its either the server I join gets ID=15 or when I'm ingame it gets ID=15 it says "you have lost connection to the game" |

ID=15 is a connection issue it could be from your modem overheating all the way to your firewall blocking roblox
UNBLOCK ROBLOX METHOD FOR WINDOWS 7
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1) Go To Control Pannel
2) Go To Windows Firewall(Under system and security)
3) Then Click Allow A Program Through windows firewall
4) Click Change Settings
5) Find Roblox
6) Check in the Box next to it Then Check Home/Work And Public
7) Click OK
NOTE:If you have a firewall with your antivirus allow roblox through that too

If You dont have windows 7 do the first 3 steps and try to go on from there. |

sometimes that happens to mewhen i lose connection to a game but all i do is refresh the page and then its fixed... are you sure it isnt ID=14??? |

I even get it onto my own game!
all games it happens
I never had ID-14!

It's annnoying!
Whether i'm on Roblox Studio or play, it always pops up as Faild to connect Game ID=15
It works on my other computers but they're too freezy!
Iv'e tryed the firewall thing and I works, then as sone as my mum goes away it pops Up again and it's not working!
It only works when I built?edit my Place!

Im guessing that ID 15 is when theres a full sever, or if the sever crashes. I'm not sure if it is a bug, but wait until there is a message or so |

People if you want to know what id=15 send builderman a message with the subject ID=15 and in the message say that when you join a game it says Failed to connect to the game ID=15 |

It happens to me, when i don't let the page load before i click play. So let the page load fully first.
1. Check your internet connection
2. Try to fix the connection
3. If that didn't work, reset your computer
4. If any of those didn't work, hit & kick your computer
5. If it's still broken, throw your computer off the nearest window.
(Internet connection is the basic reason for ID=15, if your computer stil does'nt let you play games, ask someone else.) |

easy. you just allow roblox on your computers/antivirus's firewall. Problem solved and anyway, ( ID = 15 ) is saying your firewall is not allowing the server to connect to the computer.
