Empty Baseplate to EPIC Place?

Okay, ever since the layout came out, whenever I looked at an Empty Baseplate, it looked like some epic place that people would GO to! I first thought ROBLOX just wanted to give us good places, but when we join, IT'S THE SAME OLD CRUDDY BASEPLATE! Is this something just to entice people into coming to a sucky baseplate, or is it a glitch?

i don't know maybe someone thought something was there I don't really know Yeah i saw a (EMPTY) Baseplate have like 1,000 Views one
