when someone bids on an ad they should be allout to pay as much as they want for it. I just tried to bid about 40 tix on an ad and it regected it (said that it accepted it though). also, people should be alloud to bit R$ on it.
First of all, 40 tickets? The reason it was rejected was because of the low value you gave it. And I do not know about bidding in R$ It doesn't seem like a bad idea, but not a good one either...
