I look inside the bag.

I look at one labeled, "PETRIFY ORB"
I throw it down.
Munchlax is petrified!
Anorith is petrified!
Chatot is petrified!
Charmeleon is petrified!
I then climb down the tree, then dart away. |

Shady Forest F0 (This dungeon strangly has no floors or Sub-floors. Just an entrance and exit.)
I walk silently through the grass. I look around in this dark place.
I shudder.
A light? Maybe it's the way out! |

Treasure Town
I walk into the Town, and see many things.
I see the Duskull Bank. I head there, then go right.
A hill? I better go up there. Must be where the Guild is.
I step on a weird grate thing.
"Pokemon detected! Pokemon detected!"
"Who's footprint? Who's footprint?"
"..........Maybe Quilava's! Maybe Quilava's!"
Who is down there..?
???: "WHAT DO you MEAN MAYBE!?"
???: "Well, you never do see Quilava around these parts..."
???: "YOUR JOB IS TO IDENTIFY FOOTPRINTS! YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT IT IS!!"
...Are they arguing..?
???: "Well, it doesn't seem to be a bad Pokemon. Let it in!"
The gate to the Guild opens.
I walk inside, then go down a ladder.

I go into this room bustling with Pokemon. I am then greeted by a Chimeco.
Chimeco: "You must be the new arrival. Let me show you to Guild Master Marowak's room."
I follow him to the room. |

I enter the room with Chimeco.
Chimeco: "Hello, Guildmaster?"
Marowak: "Yes?"
Chimeco: "The new member is here."
Marowak: "Hello, Jay, was it?"
"Yup."
Marowak: "Here, take this."
He hands me a box full of stuff for exploring!
I open it.
A Wonder Map....
A Badge......
And a Green Ribbon! |

Marowak: "We would have you go to a Dugeon to retrieve a lost Pearl, but you don't have a partner."
"Oh.... So I just wait until I get one?"
Marowak: "That's what it seems."
Marowak: "Now, Chimeco, show this new member to her room."
Chimeco: "Yes sir."
We go through a hall, then walk into a room.
Chimeco: "This is where you will be staying."
"Ok, thanks."
I put my bag down near a bed. |

I loaded my makeshift pack made of a Spinorak's web with Oran and Peccha Berries. Ordinarily, I'd have left a note, but I had noone to leave one to. 'Latias, where are you?' I thought sadly. I exited the cave I once called home to go to the place called Treasure Town. I figured I may as well register at the Guild, since I would be delving into Mystery Dungeons - I worked best with others. When I floated into town, a Kanghaskan (I can't spell it X_X) stared at me as though she'd never seen a Dragon-type before. "Um... Excuse me, where's the local Guild?" I asked as politely as I could.
"R-Right there," she stuttered, pointing at a small building. I thanked her and floated over. "A grate and a gate," I grumbled. I floated over the grate.

*Looking around* "Now where is the...."

Diglett then shows Latios to the Guildmaster's room.
Diglett: "This is usually Chimeco's job... But, I'll get the Guildmaster."

"Here's your Exploration Kit. Also, your room is down the hall." |

I accepted the kit. "Thank you. Is my room to the left or to the right? Also, when do I get an assignment?" I was eager to see what a Mystery Dungeon was like. |

"My partner?" I had forgotten that all explorers have at least a partner. "Thank you," I said, and I went down the hall. "Alright, so if I only sense one Pokémon in a room, that's probably ours," I muttered. I went into a psychic state, and sensed a lone Fire-type. I went into the room and saw a Quilava. 'Not a partner I expected,' I thought, 'I thought most new people were at their original form.' |

I looked at the Pokemon who came in.
"Who're you?" I asked the floating Dragon-Type. |

"I'm Latios. I decided to join the Guild, and they paired me up with you." I started gently floating down onto the bed she wasn't on. "So what's your name? It's best if we're both acquainted before we end up in a Dungeon." |

"I'm Jay. Also, people say I'm 'shiny'. What the heck is THAT supposed to mean?"
Strangly, Jay's family is shiny. So she's never seen a normal colored Cyndaquil/Quilava/Typhlosion. |
